The Food Trust’s mission is to ensure that everyone has access to affordable, nutritious food and information to make healthy decisions. Working with neighborhoods, schools, grocers, farmers and policymakers, we’ve developed a comprehensive approach to improved food access that combines nutrition education and greater availability of affordable, healthy food.  

Thrive Center

The mission of the Thrive Center is to design innovative development projects within Helena, Arkansas. With the goals of creating jobs and improving quality of life, the Thrive Center: Offers technical assistance and resources to Phillips County entrepreneurs Coordinates a downtown Helena monthly arts and culture walk showcasing the cultural riches of the Delta Provides affordable branding and marketing services to small businesses and non-profits of the Delta Measures the impact of our work Thrive has continually expanded as well. United Planning Organization

The United Planning Organization (UPO) – Uniting People with Opportunities! UPO is the designated community action agency for Washington, DC, and was established to plan, coordinate, and implement human services programs for low-income residents in the Nation’s Capital. West Virginia Extension Office & Education Elevators Foundation, Inc.

The Education Elevators Foundation is partnering with West Virginia University Extension Service 4-H Youth Development Program in Kanawha County to develop a toolkit for adult volunteers that will have a positive impact on the lives of West Virginia’s most vulnerable children, particularly at the elementary school level. The Education Elevators Foundation is a non-profit organization that pairs business professionals with at-risk youth in elementary school for one-on-one mentoring and friendship.
