Foundation Communities is a nonprofit organization that creates affordable housing where families succeed and provides tools that empower people to increase their educational and financial standing. The Service Learning Coordinator will work within an established summer program for youth at an affordable housing community in south Austin. Most activities will take place on-site at the affordable housing community or nearby in the surrounding neighborhood. Greensboro Housing Coalition, the advocate for fair, safe, and affordable housing, has brought our community together to resolve complex housing problems: building collaborations with different organizations, advocating for public policy changes, and participating in research studies about best practices.  We counsel homeowners facing foreclosure or needing repairs, tenants trying to prevent eviction or to get landlords to do maintenance, and homeless families to move into safe housing.

N Street Village was founded in 1972 by members of Luther Place Memorial Church in Washington, DC. St. Anne’s Mission: Navajo Reservation

St. Anne’s Mission located in Klagetoh, AZ. At 75 years old, St. Anne’s Mission has a staff that is comprised of a mixed community of Brothers of the Sacred Heart, Dominicans, and lay volunteers.
